The PB20 is designed for use with EDAC Autodialler and 300 series cellular products where a higher current capacity is required. The unit provides a continuous 13.8VDC output at loads of up to 1 Amp. During mains failure the 7Ah battery can maintain operation for periods from 7 hours upwards depending on the load. The power supply provides standby charging of the battery ensuring it is fully charged when a mains fail event occurs. The PB20 has alarm outputs which, when used in conjunction with the inputs of an EDAC Autodialler or EDAC 300 series cellular unit, provide a complete battery backup and monitoring system.
